What's the minimum term for a private office?

Our private office leases are available for 6 or 12 month terms.

 

What's included in the price?

One monthly fee covers your office, furniture, fibre internet, 24/7 access, cleaning, heating and cooling, coffee and tea, parking and all outgoings. Every private office also includes meeting room hours. The number of included hours depends on the size of the office. Prices start from $900+GST per month.

 

Can I get in after hours?

Yes. Private office members have secure 24/7 access, so you can start early, stay late or pop in on the weekend. The building has security cameras, and our reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

 

Can I use the meeting rooms?

Yes. Every private office includes meeting room hours. The number of included hours depends on office size, and you can book through Skedda. We have rooms for interviews and Zoom calls right up to a boardroom for bigger meetings.

 

Is there parking, and can I get there by train?

There's ample free all day parking onsite, plus street parking. If you're coming by train, we're about a 5 minute walk from Carnegie Station along the Djerring Trail. We're also close to Koornang Road, Chadstone and the M1, and there's lockable bike storage if you ride.
